1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ASO Insight (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the Application.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ASO Insight grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal or internal business purposes on a macOS device that you own or control.

3. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its original content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of ASO Insight and its licensors. The Application is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ASO Insight.

4. App Store Terms

The Application is designed to interface with the Apple App Store. Your use of the Application must comply with Apple's Terms of Service. ASO Insight is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ASO Insight, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Application;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Application;
• Any content obtained from the Application; and
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

6. Disclaimer

Your use of the Application is at your sole risk. The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Application is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

ASO Insight relies on third-party APIs (such as Apple's App Store APIs) which may change or become unavailable. We do not guarantee continuous functionality if these underlying services change.
